Put more money to States enforcement at the commerece level. Market Assurance is UnderStaffed.
Minnesota Example: 10 enforcement agents for a million cases..... Spend money to stop problem and have IRS collect the Theft. Simple ( same issue we had in 70s)

Look at using SyntheticOil in your vehicles and maint.equip. such as your 2-cycle engines

A real estate adjustment plan to keep the economy moving forward and to stimulate the economy
I have noticed that the government has come up with a modifiacation program that is intended to keep people in ther homes. Unfortunately I think they have missed the mark. Unlike people that cannot pay their mortgage, there are those wo are! The problem with the realestate market is that it needs a balance adjustment in almost all areas of the country. The home values are falling dramatically in many areas. In order to stimulate the economy the home owner that is upside down in there mortgage should be able to refienance there home at the new assessed value. This…

Reduce the upper income limits for qulaification for HUD housing and subsidies.
It is an absolute sin that people making 72,000 or more dollars per year can live in HUD housing and get Section 8. NO ONE even with 10 kids, needs hud with that kind of money. I mean, when there are so many who can't get into the programs and they are dying in the streets.
So, lower the upper limits. And start making those above the limits, vacate HUD properties after 6 months of that income level that is expected to continue.
